Who is responsible
Arkanova (myarkanova.com) is part of the same ecosystem as B2inUs and The Orrery Index. The data controller is Pedro Cardoso, a sole trader. Contact: [email protected], in Portuguese or English.
What data we process and why

When you add other people to "My people", it is your decision; please do so only when you have a legitimate reason, such as a reading that person asked for.
We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles for commercial purposes.

Google Analytics is set up without advertising signals or ad personalisation. Microsoft Clarity masks the text you type in forms. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences or in the footer of any page.
Who we share with (processors)
- Supabase: database and sign-in; servers in Ireland (EU).
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the site; global network.
- Resend: sending the access code by email.
- Google (Analytics and Fonts) and Microsoft (Clarity): measurement, only with consent, and fonts.
- jsDelivr: code libraries; receives the device's IP address.
For transfers outside the EU, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long
- Account and "My people" data: while the account exists; deleted when you delete your account.
- Data kept only in your browser: until you clear it in the browser.
- Measurement: according to the retention periods of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings up to 30 days).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Many of these rights can be exercised directly on the site; for the rest, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) or to the authority in your country.

Arkanova readings are symbolic guidance for self-knowledge. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
