Who provides the service
Arkanova (myarkanova.com) and Arkanova Pulse are provided by Pedro Cardoso, a sole trader in Portugal. Contact: [email protected].
What Arkanova Pulse is
Pulse is personalised astrological guidance, calculated from your birth data and the themes you choose. It currently includes:
- a calendar of your cycles, with exact dates and retrogrades;
- PDF reports written for you, up to 4 per month;
- your choice of themes, channel and alert timing.
Automatic email and WhatsApp alerts are being switched on in stages and are included in the subscription at no extra cost. New features are announced on the site.
Astrology is symbolic guidance for self-knowledge. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not guarantee outcomes.
Price and payment
- Monthly: €7.90 per month. Yearly: €69 per year. Prices are final and include VAT where applicable.
- Founder price: those who subscribe to the monthly plan during the launch pay €4.90 per month for the first 12 months, then the regular price.
- Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: a subscription processed by Stripe, which appears as the seller (Link). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Arkanova never sees or stores card details.
- MB WAY (yearly plan only): a single payment of €69 for 12 months, approved in the MB WAY app. It does not renew by itself: access ends at the end of the period unless you pay again. If you renew early, the new period is added to the time left. The invoice is issued by the provider and sent by email.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time on the Pulse page, under "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. There is no minimum term. MB WAY payments do not need cancelling, because they do not renew.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. We refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Changes to price or terms
If the price or these terms change, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before renewal.

Complaints and disputes
Consumers in Portugal can use the electronic complaints book. For consumer disputes you can use an alternative dispute resolution body; the list is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal. Portuguese law applies.
